over charged or ****med Life Queenstown and Jwaqa Jafta Sihele and Partners

Hi hello peter, I would like to report the life in Queenstown for charging me in correctly. On the 29th of January 2022 I went to the hospital to get headache drip, literally that is all the hospital the gave me, the nurse checked my blood pressure and sugar levels, they did not follow protocol and do a covid test, The nurse made me pee in a cup but later advise she cant do pregnancy test cause the hospital does not have strips. That is all the did for me. The doctor came in he only stretched my neck and asked basic questions. The took R 1225.64 and today I saw on my app they also claimed as Jwaqa Jafta Sihele and Partner they took R621.60 I don’t even know who they are. @Discoverysa please help investigate I feel like I am being ****med and I was never assisted or the hospital did not do any tests. I unfortunately went to Life in Eastlondon on 24th January 2022, and they followed all protocols and did the necessary test and found that I have a stomach bacteria and was given an IV drip and medication was only charged R409.81 Kindly assist on reporting Queenstown life for very disgusting service and charging falls amounts for doing nothing.
