Outstanding service

Besides a handful of rotten apples that we have had the misfortune of dealing with, this email is to compliment two of your outstanding Nursing’s Sisters.

My Mom, aged 73, who is in the Covid High Care unit – who is terrified as she needs all the oxygen masks being administered, as her lungs cannot breathe on their own any more, has been looked after by Nursing Sister Nolwazi Mntambo during the day and Nursing Sister Lina during at night. They have gone far and beyond the call of duty, proving comfort, kindness, courage and determination, helpful, assisting with co communication with our family and so much more.

They have respected and take the Hypocratic Oath to heart and carry it out every single day and night.

I would like both these wonderful ladies to be complimented in front of their colleagues, peers, Supervisors and Management.

Please may I ask for consistency – That Sister Nolwazi looks after my Mom during the day and Sister Lina during the night, as my Mom has formed a strong bond with them.

My heartful appreciation to all the staff and especially Sister Nolwazi and Sister Lina.
