Outrageous and Unjustified Billing – R938 Rip-Off

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my utter discontent with the unjustified and ridiculous R938 charge your hospital has imposed on me. Two months ago, I brought my son to Life Fourways Hospital because he was unwell. The doctor examined him, prescribed medication, and provided a script for the pharmacy. I paid for everything — the doctor’s consultation fee, the medication, and even parking.

Now, two months later, I receive a message claiming I owe R938 for “coming to the hospital.” What exactly is this charge for? At no point was I informed of such an absurd fee. Your failure to disclose this beforehand reeks of exploitation, and this charge is nothing short of a blatant rip-off.

This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I demand a clear and immediate explanation for this charge. If no valid reason can be provided, this bill needs to be voided. Stop preying on unsuspecting patients who already pay exorbitant fees for your services.
