Ongoing Unprofessional at Life Healthcare Parkland Springs

<p>This afternoon, I had a second encounter with same 'sister-in-charge' of Surgical ICU. Ward. Went in during visiting hours (15:00), out 15:30 when my nephew and wife arrived. Went back at 16:30 to tell mom I'll see her at 19:00 visiting hours. As I was about to go, another nurse approached me to tell me that it's not visiting time as if I didn't know. I told her I'm aware and don't need a reminder. I'm here to tell mom I'll see her later. Then she wants to argue with me and the whole staff comes to watch drama and because I exposed their unprofessional behaviour, poor conduct, lies and inconsistency, the sister-in-charge said to me I'm a Psyco. I asked her if she is qualified to diagnose me. I then told them they need to go back to training! Disappointed</p>
