NOT refunding HUGE deposit and lack of care

On the 23rd of February 2015, I took myself to the Flora Clinic casualty after my dog bit me during the night. On arrival I realised I had left my phone at home and had to notify my parents of the situation, I asked to use a pay phone, but the receptionist offered the landline. I called my Mother, but unfortunately had to repeat everything I said because my dog had bitten me in the mouth - the other receptionist then very loudly stated the phone was for conveying a message not for chit chat! So much for care. My next encounter was with the casualty Dr who refused to treat me because my injury was so severe - total dramatisation if you see the wound! I then had to pay a R32000 deposit so that I could be treated in the hospital as I am a private patient. From there on the service was incredible and thank you to all concerned there. The next issue was the refund of my deposit ... two weeks and still no refund?! Why do I need to pay this huge deposit prior to being treated, BUT it takes two weeks to refund me! NOT ACCEPTABLE because I have to pay back the people that borrowed the money to me and very few people have that kind of money just laying around! I want my money NOW!
