Not Happy at all

My daughter was admitted @ Beacon Bay East london on 27th of April 2021, pediatricians and specialist suggested she needed to go for sinus operation at Saint Dominic's on the 30th April...Only to realise after surgery that it was declined...My question is why did the hospital not 1st get Authorization before they transferred us and why was I not asked to get Authorization code first before the procedure was done.

I refuse to pay this amount due because I feel I was unfairly treated and this could have been avoided.
