Nonchalant hospital staff

The admin staff and nurses at the Sr. Dominic's Hospital in East London lack an attitude and sense of pride in their work. This 7 year old was collected at the Emergency Unit in the most nonchalant of ways by a nurse. I had to go and fetch a blanket from another bed to cover the child. There seems to be a great lack of empathy and maturity in how the staff handle patients as well as themselves. This service is terrible
