Non existent client service

I have sent numerous emails and made multiple phone calls regarding a bill I keep receiving which was PAID for by my medical aid.

At first they claimed without an authorization number, after my medical aid stepped in to assist they finally used the correct auth number for the claim.

The claim was paid by my medical aid yet they keep sending sms and emails stating the account is overdue!!

I receive absolutely NO feedback or answers, no matter how many times I try.

Your client service is NON EXISTENT!!!!!!
