Non Compliance: Life East London Private Hospital

I am frustrated and miserable. My sister Mrs ***iza is admitted at Life East London Private Hospital. It's her fourth day today. She is in ward 8 with non compliant medical facility. She is a third bed in ward yet the medical support systems are designed for two beds in ward 8. She is attending dialysis twice a week but the dialysis machine can't access the Ward due to influx and over booking. Toilets are filthy and smelling. Yet they are claiming that they are a World Class Hospital. Auditors must investigate this complaint as lots of people are loosing their loved ones due to similar negligence yet they suck our funds.
