Noise in the wards

Hi there i have been to the hospital 2 weeks ago and had a terrible experience with regard to the noise in the wards. Firstly kids were allowed in the wards and creating a nuisense. Secondly the nurses on the change of shift were making such a huge noise. No consideration for the sick patients that are there to rest. I have sent two emails to the hospital and even called Belinda the nurse management she never respond. Patients go to the hospital to rest and they cant rest with all the noise being created. The nurses at the nursing station are busy with their own personal chatter and dont pay any interest as to what is happening around them.
