Nobody is working

<p>I have been calling the accounts department at life hospital on ********** 220 for 3 consequitive days. I need to confirm if my account has been paid. Each time the switchboard puts me through to the person to speak to i get an answering machine requesting you to leave a message . i left 5 with different people and no luck. There are no people interested in coming back to you and if there is a problem with the account they are quick to threaten you with legal action. It is a pity that one is forced to deal with such incom,petent people and management such as Natasha and Angelique who seems to be alway unavailable. The hospital experience was positive but the accounts department is pathetic. Will rather support another group than this group!</p>
