No service at hospital and when it happens its to late

Taking an elderly lady at 18:00 to the casualties where she was fifth in line to return back at 21: 30 and the amount off people went from 5 to about 30 and non has been helped cause theres only 2 people on duty. The one help inside and the other one sits at the table doin nothing. Thats bad. Must be the worst hospital and sraff in the world. So many people in pain but not even a docter on duty. Only 2 nerses. Seriously this hospital needs to be checked out. its an health risk. Its not the first time this has happened. Everytime i come here the same problem. Who do we speak to and who will help with this problem. Seems to me i have to go to the "son" news paper cause enough is enough.
