NO Hospital Account

I have been asking for the hospital account for my wife over 6 weeks and i have received NO response. I have sent emails and even posted my request on their web site and NOTHING. Surely they have an accounting system and some one i can speak to but nothing. I do not know how else i can get my wife's hospital account. They are BAD communicators
