No help and care in hospital

After we went to visit my granny in hospital last night (16/09/2015) at Eugene Marais Hospital 2nd Floor room 903, she complained that no one hears the bell ring during the night.<br> I've asked the matron (night shift staff) to please listen as she needs to use the bathroom and to weak to walk alone, she was arrogant and the audacity to stand in front of me eating.. is this the proper clientele service? She said that they do rounds every hour but that was not the case! <br> There's no pillows at all for the patients, so they are only allowed one pillow.. this is unbelievable it's worse than a state hospital. <br> My granny got permission to go home with only 2 days in hospital for bronchitis and now heard that she did ring the bell last night but no one yet again to assist her, she tried to walk alone to use the bathroom but fell and yet again no one to assist!!!<br> We pay 1000's for medical aid in a month for the best care at a private hospital and this is the treatment we get?<br> This is unacceptable!!!! please whatever you do take whoever it is that require medical attention to another hospital!!! This hospital is not worth it and worse than SB!
