No File, No Money!

My husband was admitted to the Life St Dominic's Hospital East London end of January 2019. He had been suffering from a ruptured appendix which had almost taken his life. A certain medication was not covered by the medical aid. All they required was the doctor to provide a complete motivation. To this very day his file has not been provided to the attending doctors who saved his life. Pathetic!
