NO feedback from accounts department

In Feb 2025 my husband was admitted to Rosepark Bloemfontein for knee surgery. This was not a planned surgery, he was walking and somthing snapped. He went to the ER was admitted, operated went home. I am the primary medical aid member. According to me everything was paid as it should be as my medical aid covers 100% hospital. Nearly 1 year later my husband is now being harrassed by a lawyer for money outstanding, nearly R5000. NOT once did I, primary member of the medical aid, get and sms, phonecall or email to say that money is outstanding in 12 months. The lawyer has now contacted my husband with regards to the "outstanding" amount but he is not responsible for the account. So last week I phoned Rosepark accounts and spoke to Eunice. Eunice doesnt know what is going on. So she mailed Yoliswas Selana and Thando Sihlali. I have had no feedback from any of them. When I look at the claim on my medical aid it said that the rate was adjusted and that the medical aid paid the amount due, so I accepted that this was paid in full. Can someone please get back to me regarding this urgently as I have a lawyer up my ass now. I prefer email communication as answering my phone during the day is difficult.
