No empathy and care for my mental and physical health

I went to ER after experiencing chronic pain. The DR on call requested a CT scan without my approval given my chronic pain. The CT scan at Vincent Piloti was broken so I was transported to Rondebosch. By this time is was about 9:30 so I was understood I would be booked in given the circumstances i.e being late, having pain. After calling the gynae on call, she did not approve admission. I told the DR I was in pain and was impression given all the circumstances that I will be admitted, I also explained to her my circumstance financially and practically. She refused to admit me and call the specialist back for a follow. I was sent home with chronic pain at 24:00 approximately with no lift and paid a uber to take me home. I am a single woman and I am shocked and still in pain and distress. It is unacceptable that I was sent home. Given I am still in pain, I called the specialist and she will be doing a procedure on me. Given I was admitted this medical problem would have been sorted sooner.
