No Emergency Unit @ Carstenhof only a Waiting room

To Whom it may Concern, <br> My Mother and I have been waiting at you Clinic for the last 4 hours and still haven't received any treatment. With my Mom who has suddenly experienced severe back pain and can not walk at al at this stages I feel that this may be a Red Flag - it is quite pathetic that this \emergency"room is on a total back log. Where patient must sit around for hours. This has been the worst Life center Clinic experience I have ever had.
