No Customer Feedback from Wilgeheuwel Hospital

I have been attempting to obtain hospital records/file for a procedure I underwent at the Wilgeheuwel Hospital on 01-Nov-2022 - Accounts department cannot help I have sent emails on 25 April and 04 May 2023 and have not even received an acknowledgment. I then posted an enquiry on the hospital feedback form and still no response. Who do I need to contact to get the information I have a right to?
