No compassion towards your patients.

We were extremely dissatisfied with service received from flora clinic. My wife admitted for a procedure on Monday 24/6/2019. The reception took 2.5 hours to have her admitted despite us having all the ore approvals from medical aid. Your rooms are terrible and my wife had to use a communal toilet (HELLO SHE HAD A COLONOSCOPY DONE AND HAD PIKES REMOVED) how do you expect her to use a communal toilet. Do you not take The risk of infection seriously. She waited till 9:30 am for her breakfast. Her last meal was. She had no solids for 54 hours as this was an instruction received from her doctor in order to clear the tummy before the procedure. The attitude of staff is atrocious and they have no sense of human compassion. We will in future on admit ourselves to Netcare in the future in the need arises.
