No compassion
Poor communication. My wife was admitted to MP, I'm in Gauteng. They did a covid test at 4h30 am and only say send to PTA we have to wait for results. Can't give any time. Not the first test, not the first one sent to PTA. Do every day. No compassion. Poor Poor Poor.
Hopefully, Life Healthcare will not again exert pressure on me to withdraw this complaint like my previous one.
