Nightmare Experience & Time Waster
Nightmare Experience & Time Waster. Couldn’t find out what to do to have a liver biopsy. Went to Flora Clinic to find out and was told I needed to pay a co-payment and be admitted. I arranged to come in the next day. I did and the co-payment doubled. No one seemed to know or advise on the procedure. I have complained about my run around to Flora Clinic and they say they followed medical aid rules. Unacceptable. Small wonder they are not an approved hospital on my medical aid. The specialist I saw is a medical aid network specialist. Show you the state of health services and medical aid in our country. It’s bizarre.
