Nightmare Accounts @ Dalview Hospital

Accounts department at Life Dalview is absolutely well below acceptable. On several occasions paperwork came back from the Medical Aid asking for correct information,approx. 6 months to rectify on each occasion. My wife was moved to Linmed hospital for 2 weeks with a serious condition, not one come back regarding paperwork. Be very careful regarding people doing the accounts and claim managers at Dalview it is a night mare, you will end up doing your own claims with accounts head office of Life Group.
