Negligence

On the 21st of July 2020 my mother went for a Dialysis at Life Healthcare Robinson Hospital for her Dialysis appointment. Usually she did it on Monday, Wednesday and Friday but because my father had tested positive for Corona the week before we had called the hospital and they said she must come on Tuesday as they wont be too many people that day. The whole family was on Quarantine from the time dad got his results he was in a separate room from my mother we might sure that we cleaned the whole house and that dad nd mother had different times to use the bathroom. We were very cautious because my mom had diabetes, we also took medication and made sure we get plenty sunlight. Now on the said date the 21st I took mom to the hospital dropped her off and went home waiting for her to call me when she's done. if I'm not mistaken her appointment was for either half past seven or eight o'clock and usually it was three to four hours. On that day moms didn't call until I called her at around three o'clock, she told me I can come fetch her but when I got there I waited for two hours outside as moms wasn't done. At around five o'clock my mother came out in a wheelchair and she was very weak the nurses said they had difficulties stopping her blood from coming out and it wasn't for the 1st time that happened. I asked the nurses why they allowing my mother to go home when she's weak like that and their answer was they couldn't do anything if she doesn't wanna stay problem was my mother was weak and most the things that she said didn't make much sense meaning she wasn't her usually self. Ok the nurses helped me to get her in the car and we drove off the ride home she was asleep when we got home she was confused about where we at so I suggested that I take her back to hospital she said she will be okay but somehow she wasn't as she couldn't get out of the car. She then said she's weak she wanted something to eat so I made her a quick snack took it to her in the car but she only had two bites and went back to sleep that's when my dad and I agreed that it is best she went back to hospital. Upon arrival at the hospital my mom was more confused as she believed we never even went home and said I must take her home as she's not sleeping at the hospital that's when I called my aunt(Mother's sister) went to pick her up along with mother she was sleeping the whole time in the car and went back to hospital where my aunt eventually convinced her its for the best she sleeps there. When we got to the hospital the Dr attending mother asked what happened and I explained everything 1st thing he asked was did she sign any release forms and I told him nope she didn't, he said she wasn't supposed to leave the hospital if that was the case. My mom stayed in the hospital for 2 days and passed away on the 24th of July 2020 and according to documents it was covid. That time we made sure that we took plenty vitamin C and medication plus honey lemon ******. I was tested the day after she passed and my results came out negative. We have sent the hospital a letter asking what happened on the day my mother went for a Dialysis till this day we haven't received any response from them.
