Negligence by Maternity ward

Good day <br> <br> Trust all is well,<br> <br> My name is Celiwe Princess Nkosi <br> <br> I am writing this complaint about the maternity ward at Brenthurst life hospital, I gave birth to my son on 04.12.2015 which it was a Friday morning and discharge on 06.12.2015 which it a Sunday. I am a 1st time mom according to my understanding the babies they get their 1st immunization before we get discharge from the hospital.<br> <br> I received a call on 07.01.2016 it was a Thursday afternoon only to be shouted and told by the nurse that my son did not get his 1st immunization, she advised me on the call that she works Tuesday and Thursday only i was supposed to be told by the nurse who discharge on Sunday that i need to bring my son back for immunization but she did not tell anything about. The only she explained was how to take my medication and i must sign the discharge documents.<br> <br> I would to get an apology for the negligence to my surprise i was not the only that i was told to bring my son back, i could have done as i went back to collect his birth certificate they have put my child at risk, now he is behind getting his immunization. <br> <br> I would like to Thank Sister Mary for her amazing work that she does.<br> <br> Kind reg
