Negligence

I am just passing to share the bad experience I had in Life Dalview, the hospital charged me for the wrong medication they gave me.. Now they want me to sign a deal where that are saying should I be sick even if it's due to the wrong medication they gave me the hospital will not be held responsible... The document I need to sign is just a word document with no hospital logo and I am not supposed to take it out of the hospital..
