Negligence

My comatose wife was taken to the emergency ward at Life Entabeni hospital just before 09h00. The normal took place , the ward doctor , the blood tests . Now a few hours has passed and at 13h00 no update , she just lying there without any treatment. I enquire to the male nurse as to what's the delay , are the blood test results come back yet ? Theale nurse indicated that the tests are back and one more test for ammonia levels still not back . However she is been admitted to a high care ward or ICU when a bed becomes available. Now if this is the case ICU or High Care , means this is a serious event and one would expect treatment to commence with immediate effect and not to simply wait for a bed without any treatment for hours, not even a drip. It's simple , if you don't have the space , the patient should be transferred to a facility that has the space . This is simply negligence considering the severity.
