NEGLECTFUL AND FAILURE OF CARE LIFE GROENKLOOF EMERGENCY - BUT THE BILLS ARE BOMBARDING MY INBOX! I WONT PAY FOR WHAT I DIDNT GET!

Horrible, neglectful and incomplete service. Falling down a flight of stairs, the bruising was CLEAR re on which part of my back I fell. They took x-rays totalling like R3k, I get a hosp bill of R2.3 K - They X-rayed everything except where I got hurt. Unnecessary x-rays. My spine, and entire right arm - BUT NOT A THING WAS DONE in the space that was Clear as clear as day that I got hurt. It COST ME TO CONTACT AND GO SEE MY ORTHO AT MEULMED TO FIND OUT MY SCAPULA IS BROKEN. The bills are flowing in like honey, bills for failure, neglect and illogical flow of care. They sent me home inspite of the pain I was in. I am not paying those bills. I am appalled at how unbothered and shocking the care.
