My wife left to die - no regard for life

On February 7, 2023, my wife was denied entry to the Life Roseacres Hospital in Primrose. She was brought by paramedics and was distressed and in agony, but reportedly we had to pay between R3000 and R4000 upfront payment before the hospital would take her in and examine her. She would have passed away, which was awful. We quickly called other hospitals around Ekurhuleni, and Netcare Alberton Hospital agreed to take her in and examine her. My wife most likely wouldn't have made it through the sufferings if it weren't for Netcare. So, I would like Life Roseacres Hospital to fully explain what one needs to do in terms of emergency and why they would turn away a dying patient in such an inconsiderate manner? I have taken the issue up with my medical aid as it is not acceptable to be paying so much and still be expected to have thousands of rands for admission at hospital.
