My currently depressed sister turned away by Life St Marks Clinic-East London

My currently depressed sister has been turned away by Life St Marks Clinic-East London because there is no referral letter from the Dr. She is suicidal, yet she was told to go home!!!!Her The****** Dr Phumeza Luwaca is fully booked until August 2022, therefore we can't get the letter. QUESTION: If it's an emergency, why are we asked for a referral letter?????? All we need is for her to get help!!Must we wait for her to commit suicide????!!!!!!!
