Mount Edgecombe private or public hospital???

Pathetic service from maternity ward at Life Mount Edgecombe. Today turned from being to happiest day of our lives with the birth of our baby girl but quickly turned to misery and disappointment due to the poor service and attitude of staff. When asked for help or have any questions the response on several occasions is that they cannot assist due to shortage of staff. Wish there was the option to get my child and wife out of there because who knows if they are even taking care of the child with feeding etc as I had to ask if the child fed prior to them actually doing it the first time
