Mount Edgecombe Hospital - Durban.

Absolutely appauling service from staff in Life Mount Edgecombe. My child was born there just over a year ago and it's amazing how the attitude towards patients and people have changed.

We had waited hours for a response from doctors as if we were in state hospital.

The pediatric ward is terrible. The nurse and cleaners have no manners. They demanding a slip for lunch when the mother cannot simply leave her child and go down to the reception and pay.

You complain to the pediatrician about the service and hes like aware of it and nothing can be done

Something needs to be done or this hospital is going down
