Mother left helpless at Life Wilgers hospital

I took my baby to the Wilgers Trauma centre on 04 November 2015 at 09:15pm. I did the normal procedures by completing an admission form and paying the emergency fee. As soon as the dr on duty arrived in the room I told him what is wrong with my baby. He didn't do a proper medical check on my baby neither did he do as what a dr would do as he didn't know what was wrong with my baby....how convenient!!! I told him seeing that he doesn't know the diagnosis he must either do a blood or a urine test. He then organised a blood test. We were waiting, he appeared and said that the test results will arrive in one hour and the other results will only be available on the Friday and I must phone in for the results. Prior to him telling me that story, the nurse on duty told me that the lab is off-line they cannot print the results, so I said, then email it to the dr. Then she said no the technician will bring the results, but she just told me the lab cannot print as they are off-line. seriously!!! he gave me incorrect medication and didn't prescribed what I asked him to i.e. nurofen for juniors. I took my baby for a 2nd opinion. I was told to stop the medication prescribed immediately!!!
