more than R3,000.00 deposit not refunded

<p>Consultation and PRE-Payment done on 21 JUN 2016. Invoiced on 24 JUN 2016 and refund still not received.</p> <p>They ask for unnecessary paments before you receive any help!!!!</p> <p>Additional they offer: "Please note refund takes anything between 7-10 working days." After more than 3 weeks still no money in my account. Shocking bad service attitude.</p> <p>Responsible person Esme Coetzer</p>
