MOM STARVING THE DAY AND FOOD RETURN TO KITCHEN WITHOUT REQUESTING IT ON ARRIVAL

I have drop off my mother at Life Mercantile Hospital PE at 6 Friday morning 24 May 2019. My mom when for operation and return from theater just after 2pm . My mom were starving the day at the hospital not getting lunch. On my arrival at the evening hospital she say she didn't get lunch and was hungry the whole day.

I request to see the manager on hospital but no manager was on duty the evening so they send me a sister of a ward that have no authority to approve or something. the manager did ask the sister of the surgical C ward where my mother was at and the sister insisted my mom did get lunch. The sister and myself went to my mum and my mum confirm she didn't get lunch. While talking to the sister on duty that night i realize i waist my time talking to her because she *********** to be a manager and no proper investigation will be done or she cant authorize anything.

I dont think this is happening at a State hospital and the hospital can think if you did eat the previous day how can they send your food to the kitchen without asking it from the kitchen upon return from the theater.

Don't know how can Life Mercantile Hospital - PE be recognize as a private hospital.
