Mercantile LIFE HOSPITAL , BONITAS and it’s doctors ,all ****MERS

I have had a horrible experience at mercantile hospital port Elizabeth, this institution is a **** and its service is same as that of a public hospital. As of now my baby cannot be issued a birth certificate because one their doctors (Dr Nhliziyo)is refusing to sign me off due to the contract disputes he has with Bonitas medical aid(BonCap). I have invoices that say the hospital was paid but it failing to enforce rules on its doctors. It’s been horrible to be a Bonitas member and I regret delivering at that institution. More than 15 days since I gave birth but I can’t issue a birth certificate due to *********** and cruel professionals hiding under the big name MERCANTILE LIFE HOSPITAL !!!! Horrible horrible Horrible, I am not happy I must admit!!!
