Mercantile hospital sucks

Mercantile hospital has no respect for other people's time, my mother was discharged at 14:10 on the 09.03.2019, I went to pick her up just after 15:30 and when i got to the ward she was still waiting for medicine, we were told to go fetch it at the pharmacy ourselves when we got to the pharmacy we were told that the ointment would take 20min to mix, the attending specialist dr. Punyamurty told the nurses that he wanted to see my mom the following week and they need to give her an appointment card, she never got the card and was told she need to phone the doctors office herself surgical e staff you really suck, what a waste of time.
