Mercantile Hospital mess.

I was recently admitted at mercantile hospital on 26 to 28 February 2020, the ward was not clean, the equipment is not up to standard, the bed the put me on I was not working and it did not have remote, the remote was not working for tv services, the bathroom were so smelly I really don't know what was happening, the nurses that is another issue in that hospital, they don't care, the doctor will examine you and tell them what to do and need to be done, for bloods, xrays, scans, medication to be given etc, when the doctor leave it will be like they were told nothing, when you remind them they will be cross with you and act as if the doctor did not say anything and that shift change I am not sure if they update each but I don't think so because other shift come knowing nothing, you can die there because of negligence to mercantile staff.
