Medical staff at Carstenhof Hospital don't care

My daughter went to emergency on Sunday the 3rd of June at 15:23 after being sick the whole day with her tummy. She has been vomiting, runny tummy and high fever. When she got to emergency the staff told her to put on a hospital gown and that they will then attend to her. After chatting the time away for 40 minutes and my daughter crying she stood up..got dressed and left. This is HIGLY unproffesional and as a parent highly upsetting since she pays for her own medical aid. I really hope that management looks into this and do something drastic about this. I bet that she is not the first one it happened to.
