Medical Neglagence

Im very upset about the service at Dr.engelbrecght and Vennote, at Eugene Marais hospital. My grandma went to Trauma at 19H00 last night on 19 June 2020, after 3 hours of waiting the reception person told my dad Sidney Kaber that my grandma's medical aid is unactive , so they send my grandma to Steve Biko Hosp. I Phoned my grandma's medical aids and confimed that there was nothing wrong with her medical aid. The hosp admin department was using the wrong sistym. Meanwhile my grandma only admitted to a hosp this morning at 01:00AM in al lot of pain. She was discharge on monday 15 June from Eugene Marais Hosp after a articular operation. My grandma has medical aid at Medipos for her whole life now she is trasmitted to A covid 19 Hosp which makes her vulnarable because she is over 70 years old.Its been a whole day further and we are still waiting for her to be transferred.
