Medical Authorisation Number Required

I truly understand that the hospitals are overwhelmed with So much patients to take care but one does not have to be treated in the manner they are doing..on the 24th of July my daughter was admitted in Cosmo Hospital and they only requested one day authorisation number from my medical aid however my daughter stayed in the hospital for 3 more days and no authorisation was done, I called my medical aid and they advised me that i have to speak to the hospital for them to get the authorisation for the other 3 days..I tried calling and with no Lucky, spoke to Annelise who promised to call me back and told me about the short staff they have and I told her I understand but the issue is that your accounts are not going to be paid unless you just pick up a call and request for authorizations, she didn't do nothing the following day I spoke to Annette who I explained the same situation but she was rude and screamed at me tho she said she was not screaming but she Was, I told her to get authorisation so that the payments wil be done and she told me that they haven't submitted payments as yet then I told her the specialist who attended my daughter are already submitting payments she told me it's not their problem i have to sort it out with those specialist but how, the specialist are under the Cosmo Life Hospital if the authorisation number is given by the medical aid all payments wil be allocated accordingly. But because they are overwhelmed with work they have now all lost the courtesy of listening and u understanding. I am so irritated and disgusted as now my savings has been depleted and all the amounts submitted now are getting rejected and the claims are coming in like hell in so much numbers and they are all not paid at all. Such a big beautiful hospital i never thought they can treat people in such a manner, all that I need is one phone call to get authorisation from the 24-27 July so that everyone gets their payments and I can have all my day to day savings back in my medical aid. Can someone who is not overwhelmed please resolve this I have kids I need Tony savings without it I wil have to have cash that I don't even have.
