Medical aid kept by receptionist

On Monday evening my I took my 1 month old baby to life brenthurst to casualty... the receptionist there asked me to complete a few forms and give her my medical aid, however, she kept my card and did not return it to me... my daughter was admitted and she did not make an effort to return my medical aid card or advise that she still had it... I'm very disappointed as she could have given me the card on many occasions... I want my card to be returned to me... This is beyond bad service, do not ask for customers medical aid cards if you don't intend on returning them...
