Marie from Life Flora Hospital

My wife and i just called the Life Flora Hospital on William Nicol to set a gyne appointment and we spoke to a lady named Marie. She was rude with very little patience and customer service. When told that the line was bad she just started shouting the info. At the end of the call when told that she was rude she laughed and said "if you think so, ok".

If this is the kind of stuff you have then why would we want to be cared there. Can your stuff please get training.
