Malpractise

I am very disappointed by the way Life Nurse injected me that led me in theatre 3 times trying to fix the damage. I am diabetic and this wound does not heal. I was injected in 15 December 2021 up to date , i was operated 3 times , 04 January , 20 January and 17 February 2022. This is very frustrating and it is affecting my livelihood and i cannot even go to work . My medical aid is getting exhausted .... please assist me to get justice.
