Malpractice in Life Mount Edgecombe

We have had such terrible service from a private medical institution. My wife just had a baby via c- section on 19th July 2023 The staff in the maternity ward are so slow and have a don’t care attitude. The admins working the desk in the o-ward are totally useless and there is not a proper process of communication. The nurses forgot to give my wife her antibiotics via drip the night before and have over dosed her today ( 21st july) this in my opinion is a cause for malpractice and I will be consulting my attorney
