LODING A COMPLAINT

I was admitted on the 3rd of July 2022 at Roseacres hospital for possible Kidney stones. The casualty doctor and service was okay, However the service in the ward was not. I was lying there for more than 2 days before a doctor could come see me and talk about the problem and unbearable pain that I was experiencing! For such a big hospital, was the fact of only 1 Urologist (Not even from this hospital) a problem!!

He wasn’t on time and only came at night very late for a consultation and then left within 5 minutes. So basically I was lying in this hospital under this doctor’s care for no reason!!!! I am really disgusted and livid for this type of service. I am officially now lodging a complaint against Roseacres Hospital and Dr OO Adebisi.
