Little Company of Mary - disabled parking issues

I attend physiotherapy every week, I am disabled, paralyzed. Every week I am told we are told we ca not park in the disabled parking, so we battle finding a parking and getting me into the wheelchair. The last incident, the guard harassed me all the way to physio, even showing me photos on hos phone that he had taken of my car, and that my daughter had not parked straight. This was after my daughter asked the guards to unblock the two parking's for ambulances and they refused to allow her to drop me off so she pulled into a reserved doctors parking to help me out to go the therapy!! She then MOVED THE CAR to a normal parking bay. Minutes after this, the guard let 2 other people park in the disabled parking that we had asked for. Why is the micromanagement so disgusting? I am sick to death of hearing it will be sorted out and the following week it is a new story.
