LIFEHEALTHCARE RECEPTIONIST SOOOOO RUDE!!!!

The receptionist at headoffice in Johannesburg ( ********** 000) is extremely rude and lack soft s****s and BASIC HUMAN DECENCY which (i would think is a pre-requisite in a corporate environment ESPECIALLY when dealing with clients) Everytime I call I'll ask her something and she just 'blind transfers' me without answering my question. I just called now and while I was talking she blatantly had a background conversation and I'm saying 'hello?' 'Hello?' but nothing. IM APPAULED!! How can you choose such an individual to represent your company? Really!! Let me know if you need a referal to a company that teaches people Soft S****s required to work in a corporate environment and to communicate in general!
