My husband had an Oral surgery done at Life Cosmos Private Hospital in July 2022.We were using GEMS medical aid unfortunately we had R9150 outstanding amount to settle, End of August we started paying R1000 towards the bill for 9months.We have sent proof of Payments to the hospitals account department, Lerato was the lady whom we sent the proof of Payments, a few months after we settled the bill, we receive further communique that we have an outstanding amount of R995.18. We sent all proof of Payments, Having sent the proof of Payments, we have received no acknowledgement of Receipts from their end, all they do is threaten to black list, requesting we send our proof of Payments over and over... We kindly need your assistance... Thank you.
