Life Wilgers Hospital pre payment for Emergency situation

Ok so 2 weeks ago my mother was submited to Life Wilgers Hospital in Pretoria because she was fainting For submision she had to pay in R6425 pre admision fee So while in Hospital they diagnose her with Diabetes and then Thursday they sent her home Saturday she has bad Diabetes attack and starts passing out so Ambulance is called They come come and pick her up and then Life Wilgers first want to tell the ambulance they cannot take her there because there is a pre admision fee to be paid So we tell them my Father will pay it when he gets there and my mother is unconciese but they first want to fight about it but then later agree to let her in as long as we pay when my father gets there (Which my father did bit later that day) But her case was so severe that they sumitted her to General ICU because it was that bad

Now I checked and there is 2 items listed First the pre payment is not required if it is second visit in 6 weeks She was was out for 2 days

Secondly it is not required if Emergency She went to ICU imediatly and is still there How is that not a Emergency?

Life Wilgers Hospital it is clear you do not care about the patients lives only about ******ing the last Cent out that you can
